Gloria Bertini is a lawyer with extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors. She is currently the Legal & Compliance Director for Italy and Greece at Saint-Gobain, where she manages the legal and compliance teams responsible for legal support in governance, strategic agreements, litigation, health, safety and environmental (HSE) matters, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and compliance, in coordination with the French headquarters. 

She has held various leadership roles at Snam in Milan, including Assistant General Counsel for Integrated Project Legal Affairs and Head of Finance, Capital Market & Foreign Assets Legal Affairs, where she managed multidisciplinary teams and significant international projects in the energy sector. She also served as Head of Legal & Compliance at Bioenerys, a company controlled by Snam. 

Prior to her in-house career, Gloria worked for many years in prestigious Italian and international law firms, gaining substantial expertise in commercial and corporate law. She graduated in Law from the University of Milan and has been a member of the Italian Bar since 2013. 

Gloria has served as a board member for various companies, including OLT Offshore LNG Toscana, TEP Energy Solution, Saint-Gobain Italia, and Sekurit Italia. Among the most significant transactions she has managed are the sale of a 30% stake in Renovit to CDP Equity, the acquisition of a 49% stake in OLT Offshore LNG Toscana, the TAP pipeline project financing with multiple banks, and the Saint-Gobain 10-year corporate Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
