How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
Whether in a period of instability or not, the approach is the same: take initiative, find solutions and immerse yourself in all aspects of the business. Wind Tre lawyers are both risk managers and business managers. Our lawyers help provide structured thought to support the overall organisation.
What are the main cases or transactions that you have been involved in recently?
On the infrastructural side, a series of innovative network sharing ventures – both equity-based and contractual – with leading market players. On the commercial side, expansion into various new business segments.
What do you see as the major legal challenges for businesses in Italy over the next five years, and how are you preparing to address them?
Italian businesses must be able to transform in an ever-more-competitive global context, while overcoming structural rigidities that are reinforced by rules and regulations that are not suited for the current environment, let alone what is foreseeable in the medium term. We are actively engaged in working with stakeholders to modify the prevailing framework to facilitate innovation and competition, particularly in our sector that is so fundamental to the success of the overall economy. At a more individual level, the promotion of an ambitious, creative and flexible mindset in our lawyers is key to successfully confronting these challenges.
