How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
During periods of instability or crises the legal aspect has been managed taking in consideration the type of instability or crises, involving all di departments in the company to prevent or mitigate potential negative effects. To be able to bear more work loads and especially for the broader business strategies, as well as redefining priorities in the management of legal issues and enhancing internal resources, I have had the support of external legal firms that had the necessary expertise.
How do you measure the impact of ESG initiatives on the company’s overall performance and reputation?
We are following a specific internal process to evaluate and measure the ESG impact.
How have you integrated technology into your legal processes, and what impact has this had on efficiency and compliance?
The technology is an integral part of the legal process to speed up reaction, to manage the relevant data and to implement in due time the compliance program.
What do you see as the major legal challenges for businesses in Italy over the next five years, and how are you preparing to address them?
The major legal challenges according to me will be the impact of AI and the impact of compliance.
