How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience? 

Our legal team has a critical role to play in any crisis and our role is integrated into our crisis management policy and processes and kept refreshed to learn from each new experience.  We rely on the legal team being involved as early as possible and ensure great cooperation, communication and team working with our internal and external legal counsel to ensure we have the right expertise at hand ready to support. 

What are the main cases or transactions that you have been involved in recently? 

As a consumer goods business, we are always working on new product developments and launches both national and international.  For the “tifosi” and grand prix fans among you, an exciting project recently in our market, that I supported, is the launch of a local community and gaming platform related to a new sponsorship for Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0 %.
