How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
We are always focused on priorities and supporting environmental transition in automotive business through the full risks management of Brembo’s new products and applications.
What do you see as the major legal challenges for businesses in Italy over the next five years, and how are you preparing to address them?
Italy needs to be more global, digitalised and finance oriented. To this extent Brembo, a listed company since 1995, is facing a complete digitalisation process involving brand positioning, products and management tools. We, as global legal team, are proud to be one of the most advanced in Italy in term of governance management, contracts management and 360° business support all over the world. We strongly believe big Italian law firms must develop a more project-managerial approach and to be part of the company legal extended team. As Brembo, we are successfully doing that since the last couple of years.
