Salini Impregilo
Officially formed in 2014 as the result of a merger by the incorporation of Salini into Impregilo, the new Salini Impregilo company is an Italian industrial group that specialises in the construction and civil engineering business from its headquarters in Milan. The legal department is led by legal and corporate affairs director Vinicio Fasciani, and has been a key contributor to its recent construction plans. In August 2017 a contract for a €171m project to build a new corporate headquarters for Eni in Milan was awarded to Salini Impregilo. The project is to be completed over approximately 30 months and will be built in line with the gold Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building certification standard of energy efficiency. The legal team has shown sound knowledge surrounding environmental sustainability and has expertly navigated any changes in regulation, enabling the team to become exceptional advisers to the construction of hydroelectric power plants, railways, airports and prestigious residential and office complexes.
