Banca IMI is the investment bank of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group. With more than 850 employees, it operates in the areas of capital markets, investment banking and structured finance on the main domestic and international markets thanks to its offices in Milan, London and New York. Its highly praised legal department is headed by general counsel Laura Segni, who joined the business in 2012. The team oversees all legal matters for the company and actively participates in numerous activities.
