The legal team provide legal support to the Ferrero companies based in Italy for purchasing of general services and corporate activities including extraordinary transactions and mergers, merchandising and licensing.
Earlier this year the legal team was involved in talks to acquire the cookie, fruit and fruit-flavoured snack, ice cream cone and pie crust businesses from Kellogg Company.
