Ikuko Ikeda joined Eureka, Inc. and Match Group, a NASDAQ listed company that operates dating apps worldwide, in January 2021, and is now Director, Senior Counsel. She is responsible for all legal matters of Match Group’s brands that operate in Japan and East Asia including marketing and development contract drafting and negotiations, disputes, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters.

Prior to Match Group, Ikuko spent more than 10 years at Tokyo Marine Holdings, a non-life insurance company, and worked on a variety of high-profile acquisitions and joint venture projects of Tokio Marine as well as global compliance programs for foreign subsidiaries and general corporate legal for domestic subsidiaries. Her previous positions also include tenure at the Japanese Judiciary, where she was a Family Court Investigator at Nagoya and Tokyo Family Courts and Researcher and Liaison Officer at the Supreme Court of Japan (the Criminal Affairs Bureau and the Secretary Office). Ikuko received a B.A. in Law from Waseda University and a J.D. from University of Florida, Levin College of Law, and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
