Mizuho Uchida is a highly accomplished in-house legal counsel over 18 years of extensive experience in corporate law with the focus on Fashion Laws in Luxury/Retail Business. Mizuho’s proficiency in intellectual property (IP) management sets them apart in their field. She possesses extensive knowledge of IP laws and have successfully managed IP portfolios for multiple brands under her management. The expertise includes enforcement activities, such as combating counterfeiting and protecting the rights and interests of brands.  She has been actively involved in developing and implementing strategies to safeguard intellectual property rights, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Holding a LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from The George Washington University Law School.  

Mizuho currently serves as the Senior Director, Head of Legal Department & Facility Management for Japan & Korea at Tapestry Japan, LLC. (formerly known as Coach Japan, LLC.), as well as Asia Inclusion Counsel. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills, leading the team responsible for both functions, to great success in recent post-merger integration project in the region.
