David has a 30 years’ experience as a lawyer, covering a broad range of practice areas, including structured products and derivatives, investment banking, commercial contracts, employment law, corporate governance, regulatory and compliance issues and TMT, with extensive exposure to the financial services industry in Asia-Pacific. David has managed several teams of lawyers and compliance professionals in the region and has served on various management committees and boards throughout my career. He is a qualified solicitor in England/Wales (1994) and Hong Kong (1997).
