Bio

Andrés Traversaro is lead legal counsel at a major oil and gas holding and family office, BC Energy, with regional oversight, which includes but limited to Colombia, México and the United States. Andrés is specialised in corporate legal advice, capital markets, M&A, private equity (venture capital), oil & gas and renewable energy. He is an active participant in both local and cross border transactions.

Focus on: Main actions of 2023

As a highlight of 2023, I participated in different capital financing rounds of IT start-ups. I approached these transactions going beyond the templates of the NVCA to contemplate the special requirements of the investors I represented.
