First, can you please give us an idea of the sort of work your team has done recently? 

Last year, we mainly focused on refinancing the respective portfolio companies of the Aztiq investment funds. These include Alvotech, the first Luxembourg-based company to be dual-listed in the US and Iceland, where we brought in new investors to broaden and strengthen the shareholder structure. We have also improved and streamlined corporate governance (including ESG) in the structure and portfolio companies. 

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?  

Equal treatment and equal pay within our portfolio companies. It is unacceptable that there is still a gender pay gap for the same work.
