The team has been working recently on contract review and drafting (specifically related to transport agreement); compliance management; risk assessment; corporate governance; data protection and privacy and training and dispute resolution 

What particular industry trends are you seeing in the legal sector in Luxembourg?  

Some trends that I do see in the legal sector, and not only for Luxembourg, include increased adoption of legal technology, emphasis on data protection and cybersecurity and a growing focus on environment, social and governance (ESG) matters. 

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?  

I do care about anti-corruption. It involves a commitment to prevent, detect and address corruption in various aspects of life whether in business, government, or other institutions. It includes promoting ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability to foster an environment where corrupt practices are minimised or eliminated. Supporting and adhering to relevant anti-corruption laws further contribute to a culture that value integrity.
