Bio

After obtaining a Master’s degree from the University of Lorraine and a post-graduate diploma in Luxembourg law from the Ministry of Justice of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, I was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2007, and gained extensive experience as a lawyer, and then as an attorney-at-law (Avocat à la Cour), in leading Luxembourg law firms, where I advised clients for almost 10 years, mainly on corporate law, general restructuring and M&A transactions.

During my career as a lawyer, I have assisted Dragone Group in the implementation of its structure and presence in Luxembourg and then had the opportunity to join the Group in May 2015 as General Counsel, working hand in hand with the founders, the Board of Directors and in close proximity to the CEO. I was then appointed as a Member of the Group Executive Committee and Company Director.

Founded in 2000 by Mr. Franco Dragone, Dragone Group is highly experienced in the business of conceiving, producing, performing and commercialising high quality large-scale theatre shows and entertainment experiences to the public and enjoys a high reputation in this area world-wide.

Besides my crucial role in providing strategic legal advice to the Group, I have overseen the legal affairs of the entire Group (contract negotiations, compliance, risk management, litigation management, intellectual property, restructuring, etc), and developed my expertise in the performing arts industry, combining ethical legal standards and responsible practices with a strong sense of what the business needs.

I have now been with Dragone for almost 10 years. The journey has been full of challenges and pleasant moments, and we have obviously faced periods of instability, but I must confess that it has been an exciting leap that I definitely do not regret!
