Have you used AI services like ChatGPT in your day-to-day work? If so, how useful do you find it?

I have been exploring ChatGPT but have not used it for day-to-day work. I am on the fence as to if we should rely entirely on AI services for work. Nothing beats effort, hard work and continuous learning such as reading, research and analysis to improve our critical thinking or basic drafting skills. However, we must step up and adapt to the rapidly evolving environment around us.

What are some of the main legislative or regulatory changes that have impacted you?

The main changes that have impacted us have been the introduction of the anti-money laundering legislation for real estate developers as well as the Personal Data Protection Decree in Vietnam. Additionally, the anti-money laundering legislation for real estate developers in Singapore. These changes have created the need to implement new compliance programmes in the company.
