In my personal experience, working jointly with the other functional teams, aligning positions, understanding their arguments from their point of view to converge our advice, has been very nourishing and incredibly business effective and efficient. This is summarised in seeing people behind work, since we sometimes forget we are human beings working for a common purpose with different capabilities and resources.
