What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?  

Prologis recently acquired the majority of the equity in Fibra Terrafina. Additionally, I have also participated in various real state transactions such as the sale of fiveindustrial properties in Mexico for US$28m as part of the “Prologis real estate recycling objectives.” In addition, I also participated in the Prologis Solar and Mobility program, moving forward with net zero emission program for 2040.  

Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?  

I participated in the creation of an internal chat GPT that benefits all Prologis workers. This internal system avoids leaks of information to third parties since it is only for Prologis employees.  

I also helped create the templates of the most common agreements used by market officers in their daily leasing negotiations in order for them avoid heavy negotiations and be able to just include in the system the main data. The system then drafts the agreement automatically.  

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?  

As a working mom, I care about work-life balance. Sometimes balance only comes in two (kids and work) and there is no space for personal development time. There should be more tools for working moms to help them with personal development time such as day cares in the offices to avoid losing commute times. Offices should also have more availability for their employees’ to workout with internal facilities or discounts in local gyms.
