I had the opportunity together with my colleagues to support the company in legal challenges from competitors and regulatory bodies, not only in Mexico but across the Latin American region, showcasing our proactive and robust legal strategies.

I supported the launch of new products and initiatives, reinforcing our reputation for innovation in the industry. Additionally, I collaborate closely with multifunctional teams to ensure global consistency in our legal and marketing strategies, thereby ensuring our brand’s integrity and compliance across various markets.

Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense? 

I have been instrumental in creating detailed guidelines and streamlined processes that significantly expedite the innovation process for our teams. These guidelines ensure clarity and efficiency, enabling quicker and more effective project development.

Moreover, together with our legal marketing team I have developed comprehensive checklists tailored for our marketing function simplifying their processes and ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met seamlessly. This proactive approach not only reduces redundancy but also enhances coordination and productivity across our multifunctional teams, ultimately elevating our operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why? 

A cause that I am deeply passionate about is diversity and inclusion, with a particular focus on gender diversity. As a pivotal member of the gender pillar within our company’s diversity and inclusion committee, I am dedicated to fostering an environment that champions equal opportunities for all genders. This cause resonates with me because diverse teams are the bedrock of innovation and success. Ensuring gender equality is paramount to creating a fair, dynamic, and forward-thinking environment.
