Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?   

Recently, we implemented a new system that improve of the collection legal action process, streaming our workflow and improved efficiency. This solution was achieved with minimal cost by the definition of a process flow, identifying the responsible areas or functions, and the information and/or documentation required. It significantly reduced the time spent on document retrieval, improved overall team, and involved functions collaboration.

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?

I am particularly passionate about diversity and inclusion. As a team, we have supported various initiatives aimed at empowering women and minorities in the company and promoting this within the medical devices industry through national associations. I believe that addressing these initiatives we can offer a better future, and I am committed to contributing to this cause both personally and professionally.
