Grupo Elektra’s in-house legal team consulted on the signing of an agreement in January 2019 between Banco Azteca, its subsidiary, and Banco Multiva to allow for the sharing of each’s ATM network.
In July 2018, the team worked on and concluded a collaboration agreement between Banco Azteca and the National Commission for the Protection and Defence of the Users of Financial Services (CONDUSEF) to develop consumer protection actions and policies.
In August 2018, Grupo Elektra announced the launch of an online marketplace platform
called Omnicanal.
