During the past year, what are your teams’ proudest accomplishments?

We have been able to achieve a significant increase in efficiency by reducing turnaround times in commercial contracts by 50-60%. We launched the Legal LATAM webpage, featuring contract templates, corporate documents, documents of interest, and links to FAQs and other Nielsen information. This initiative contributed to the reduction of turnaround times and streamlined our processes.

Furthermore, we provided direct support to various business units, ensuring success in key contract negotiations and private tenders. I would also like to highlight that we have optimised the coordination of outsourced law firms.

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?

We are focused in every possible way on supporting Nielsen in its transformation process. This includes an open-minded attitude and way of thinking, always looking for opportunities to promote the business and to incorporate more knowledge and technologies. My primary goal is to lead my team members to excellence, harnessing their skills in accordance with their own personal strengths and helping them to work on their weaknesses.

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about? 
I am passionate about sports in my personal life. I am an avid jiu-jitsu fighter and surfer. These pursuits have taught me never to give up, to understand different situations, and to learn from them in order to overcome any obstacles in both my personal and professional life. This experience has fuelled my deep passion to lead my team members, learn from them to enhance their skills, and guide them to their best selves.
