During the past year, what are your teams’ proudest accomplishments?  
 
Our team continued to deliver strong results throughout 2023, with disciplined management of our legal budget. Notably, we were successful in securing a landmark foreign ownership license for one of our Caribbean subsidiaries in a jurisdiction with long-standing local ownership restrictions.  
 
What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?  
 
We are actively working on several key projects aimed at improving the value proposition of our company in the growing markets within the region. In addition, we are aiming for an increased adoption of legal technologies, it is one of our top priorities for 2024.  
 
Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?  
 
I am passionate about our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. At FedEx Express, we have a solid program to promote awareness and enable our team members to bring their whole selves to work every day. Gender equity and female empowerment are especially close to my heart, and I devote an important part of my time to diversity-related activities. Currently, I co-chair the diversity, equity, and inclusion sub-committee for our Central America and Caribbean operational region, encompassing 30+ countries – a position I am proud to hold.
