During the past year, what are your teams’ proudest accomplishments?  
 
During the past year, I have been proud of our continued and sustained savings on external counsel legal fees. However, an accomplishment I am particularly proud of is standing up and establishing an in-house counsel and legal department from scratch.  
 
What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?  
 
We have three primary priorities that we as a team and I would like to achieve in 2024. These are further growth and diversification, zero-based budgeting, and careful selection and use of external counsel.  
 
Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?  
I am passionate about the growth and scaling opportunities that arise from the digitalisation of a retail business, as well as from the integration of blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) into cross-border money service businesses.
