During the past year, what are your teams’ proudest accomplishments and what strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?  

In the past year, we acquired an AI-biotech company, launched ODDITY Labs and achieved a successful IPO and listing on NASDAQ. 

Building on a successful 2023, we are committed to putting in place the foundation and infrastructure to continue to grow generational brands that impact consumers. 

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?  

Part of what inspired my move back home to Miami is my passion about community and place. My work as Co-Chair of AIRIE (“Artists in Residence in the Everglades”) and with Friends of the Commodore Trail, focuses on the crosscurrents of community, education and arts with South Florida as its epicenter.
