During the past year, what are your teams’ proudest accomplishments?  

Ultimately, we are a service department, so our proudest achievements reflect the ways in which we helped Conduent (and Conduent’s clients) to achieve meaningful successes. For example, we supported a US$1bn new client contract for Conduent in Australia, which is a relatively new territory for us. It was a team effort that had a great result for both Conduent and for our client.
  

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?  

Probably, like most legal departments, our number one new strategic priority for 2024 is figuring out how generative artificial intelligence best fits with Conduent’s legal needs, which I suspect will focus around helping the attorneys and contracts managers to shorten review times and improve consistency.
  

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, you are passionate about?  

I am a big believer in associate development. It helps the associates, it helps Conduent, and it even helps the people who lead the development efforts. Plus, it is incredibly fulfilling to see an associate express an interest in enhancing depth or breadth in an area and helping make that happen.
