Myles Pistorius just completed his ninth season with the Miami Dolphins after being named senior vice president and general counsel in June 2015. In his role, Myles is responsible for oversight of all legal matters related to the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, including sponsorship agreements, broadcast and digital media rights agreements, suite and club seat licensing and related ticketing arrangements, live entertainment events and talent agreements, intellectual property licensing and protection, concessions and merchandising, security and other venue-related vendor transactions, compliance, litigation, risk management and insurance, corporate governance, employment matters, real estate development and government relations. 

Since joining the Dolphins, Myles represented the franchise and stadium on the Hard Rock Stadium naming rights deal, as well as in successful bids to host Super Bowl LIV in 2020, the 2021 and 2026 College Football Playoff Championship Games and the FIFA World Cup 2026. In addition, he represented the stadium in the 11-year extension of its relationship with the Orange Bowl. Myles also serves on the board of the Dolphins Cancer Challenge and provides legal counsel to the Miami Dolphins Foundation. 

Myles joined the Dolphins after 15 years at the National Basketball Association where he last served as senior vice president of business affairs and content. 

Myles started his legal career as a corporate associate with the law firm of Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett in New York City. He received his juris doctorate from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a bachelor of arts degree with honors in political science from Rutgers University as a James Dickson Carr Scholar in the Rutgers College Honors Program. 

Myles resides in Parkland, Florida, with his wife, Robin, and their three children.
