The work I am currently supporting is heavily impacted by regulatory scrutiny of the operational risk and related control environment at American Express as the company grows to become a larger bank, moving up in the Federal Reserve tiers. Strategic priorities for this year are primarily focused on improved documentation of processes and procedures as well as standardisation of operational risk activities across business units.
