Robert serves as Director for North America Legal at VeriFone, Inc, where he structures complex commercial partnerships and enterprise merchant agreements with major global payments partners. His strategic deal-making has generated hundreds of millions in revenue while effectively managing legal risk and external counsel costs. Prior to joining VeriFone, he spent six years as an asset and project finance attorney at White & Case LLP.

A trilingual legal professional fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Robert brings proven expertise in driving strategic growth through creative deal structuring, commercial partnership development and practical risk management. He is a member of the New York State Bar and a certified Authorized House Counsel in Florida.
