Steffen Feike is a dual-qualified German Rechtsanwalt (lawyer) and Solicitor of England and Wales with an industry focus on technology and engineering. He started off his career in Dubai with a large international firm advising bluechip companies on corporate and commercial transactions. Thereafter he widened his focus on intellectual property, trademark and software law within a specialised IP firm in Munich, before moving on to enter the aerospace sector as in-house counsel for a large multinational defence and aerospace corporation. Initially based in Munich, he progressed quickly to become the company’s first legal counsel to be based in the Middle East (Abu Dhabi), where he established the legal function locally and oversaw complex and high-value projects involving systems integration, aviation and satellites. After acquiring an additional qualification in common law as a solicitor of England and Wales, he joined Bombardier Transportation in 2017, where he oversees the company’s Middle Eastern business in the capacity of senior legal counsel.
