Looking forward, what technological advancements do you feel will impact the role of in-house legal teams in the future the most?

The use of AI and machine learning has already reshaped the way that contracts have been drafted. The next step will be applying AI to trials, from the Court decisions to preparing the legal strategy.

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?

I am passional about people and helping younger talents to develop. My reward is seeing them flourishing, this is a joint accountability from the manager and each individual.
