Notably, after spending several years at a commercial law firm, Marthinus served in many pivotal legal positions at renowned organisations, including Huawei, where he served as counsel. Marthinus has also held the position of region general counsel at Weatherford and acted as the global head of legal (general counsel) at OiLSERV.
