Jumeirah owns and operates a string of resorts and high-end hotels from its headquarters in Dubai. Included among these are some of the most internationally recognizable luxury hotels, including the Burj Al Arab, which is one of the tallest structures in the world, and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Given this active expansion strategy, the company’s legal team is required to be well versed in cross-border negotiations.
