What are the projects that you are most proud of working on over the past 12 months?

Over the past 12 months, I’ve managed complex intellectual property litigation across several European countries, concerning one of Spin Master’s key properties. This work has been particularly rewarding as it involves navigating intricate legal frameworks to protect the brand’s IP effectively. Additionally, I’ve led our online and offline brand protection efforts in collaboration with various outside legal partners across Europe and globally, always pushing the bar on doing so more effectively and cost-efficiently. I have been looking for leads that can be further investigated by our China team, who are effective in finding the source of counterfeit production. This property is by far our most enforcement brand. Beyond enforcement, I’ve also been committed to looking for new opportunities and strategies to strengthen the IP protection of the brand and product on a global scale.
