Career Biography

Jasper Spanbroek joined Royal KPN, the Dutch incumbent Telco & ICT provider, in 1999, after having completed his law studies at the University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands. At KPN he held various positions including that of legal counsel, corporate secretary and compliance officer. In 2013, he became KPN’s general counsel and company secretary. He is responsible for all legal, compliance, intellectual property and security matters of the KPN group, and is secretary to KPN’s supervisory board.
