What do you think sets you apart from other in-house counsel?

I am an experienced general counsel who combines both knowledge of investments and family structuring, including philanthropy.

What do you think are the most important attributes for a modern in-house counsel to possess?

For me this is – in addition to being an excellent lawyer – the ability to translate legal, operational and business issues into information which can be used to make risk-based management decisions.

What is a cause, business or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

I am passionate about accessible healthcare for all. This is also the reason that I am proud to be supervisory board member of Fair Therapeutics, which is a biotech that aims to provide treatment for cystic fibrosis for patients for whom no cure is currently available.
