Ute Joas Quinn is the general counsel and corporate secretary, joining in 2017, with an extensive in-house legal career with legal executive roles at Hess, Shell, Shakhalin Energy Investment Company, the International Mediation Institute in the Netherlands, Russia, US and UK as well as a private practice career at international law firms. Over the last year the team has worked hard on the legal oversight of new project development as well as the management of the firm and its international business. The expert legal team is a high achiever within the industry providing stalwart legal and compliance backing to the firm’s needs including, one among many projects, the announced completion of a US$400m five-year unsecured bonds issuance which was largely oversubscribed.
