EVRY
EVRY is one of the leading IT services and software providers in the Nordic region, with more than 10,000 customers across the private and public sectors. EVRY was created as a result of a merger between Norway’s two largest IT companies, EDB and ErgoGroup, in 2010. Majority fund owned by the private equity company Apax, which acquired EVRY in March 2015, and in 2017 EVRY reported turnover of NOK 12.6bn and has 8,500 employees across nine countries. Its headquarters are located just outside Oslo, and the company is listed on the Oslo stock exchange. Asta Ellingsen Stenhagen joined EVRY in 2014 and held a variety of roles until most recently as vice president of legal and risk.
