The legal team of FSN Capital Partners, a leading Nordic private equity investment advisor (to the FSN Capital funds) focused on the middle-market segment, is comprised of general counsel Rebecca Svensøy and legal counsel Michael Gentili. The legal team can be extremely proud of its contribution on a long list of significant transactions in the last two years: the IPOs of Instalco, Green Landscaping, Bygghemma and Netcompany; the acquisitions of Active Brands, Holmbergs, Morenot, Sneakersnstuff, Office IT-Partner, Zetup and Dicom, the public voluntary offer for and subsequent take-private of Saferoad; and last but not least the divestments of Vindora and Lagkagehuset.
