The legal team has been busy this year handling legal matters pertaining to the company’s challenging financial situation. The company filed bankruptcy in February 2018 before entering a fourth month competitive auction process and finding Oceanwood – a British investment management company – as a buyer, which had to fend off over 100 prospective bidders.
