How does the team contribute constructively to the growth and expansion of the company?
We are trying to understand the customer perspective, focusing on innovative solutions, short turn-around times, and the mitigation of significant risks.
How do you feel the pandemic has changed the world of work for in-house counsel and the function of the general counsel?
The workload was not reduced during the pandemic; thus, it has become even more important to work integrated together with business teams. In the absence of physical meetings, it has been important for the general counsel to connect to people while handling legal risks and opportunities via new electronic methods. Overall, the importance of mental health has been emphasised in our team during the pandemic.
