What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?
One of the largest transactions that we advised was the financing case for a company domiciled in Chile. The operation amount was around $500m and was financed by various banks. The difficult part of handling this case was to cooperate with lawyers from multiple jurisdictions who spoke different languages while reviewing large number of documents to provide analysis based on different legislation.
