The Ferreycorp legal team has overseen a number of high-profile transactions and landmark agreements, most recently participating in talks to register a third bonds program of debt instruments in Peru for US$100m in the superintendence securities market.
With a substantial contribution to environmental and sustainability matters, in November 2018, Ferreycorp’s legal department was involved in talks which saw BBVA Continental signing a three-year green bilateral loan with Ferreycorp for an amount of US$70m, the first corporate loan of this type formalised in Peru and South America.
