In December 2018, the legal team of Peruvian conglomerate Grupo Romero assisted in the 100% acquisition of shares of IGASA (Industria de Grasas y Aceites), a Peruvian company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of vegetable oils, animal oils, soaps and butter.
The team has also overseen the 2018 purchase of Peruana Combustibles (Pecsa), a Peruvian operator of fuel service stations by Primax for US$350m.
