The Petroperú legal department is actively involved in the petroleum giant’s expansive activities across the country.
After an exhaustive process, in December 2017 a consortium (Cobra-SCL UA and TC) was awarded a contract to execute engineering, supply and construction services related to the Talara Refinery Modernisation Project on behalf of Petroperú.
Furthering the process of energy integration between Bolivia and Peru, the Petroperú legal department has assisted in talks to create a partnership between Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) and Petroperú to market LPG regions on the border of both countries.
