The legal team serves as a go-to team for the Primax legal activities in Peru and South America, helping them establish projects in their various areas of operation and markets such as mining, fishing and fuel and petrol.
In February 2018, the legal team worked on concluding the acquisition of PECSA, the fourth fuel retail network in the country.
The legal department has helped Primax establish its first fuel payment app to be rolled out in the Peruvian market.
