We deliver support for all legal issues affecting local subsidiaries. This involves drafting, negotiation, and support processes for strategic, high value and complex revenue transactions across all lines of business, particularly software, cloud and consulting services agreements. Our team also provides legal support on facilities, procurement, finance (including revenue recognition, credit collection, commercial, various deal desks and tax), marketing, license compliance and general advice on data protection matters. We also manage external lawyer support for some specific litigation cases.
