What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?

Our strategic priorities guiding us throughout 2024 have been prioritising the development of renewable energy projects, helping the decarbonisation process and meeting the guidelines issued by the Portuguese government and the European commission on the subject. In doing so, we have been expanding our legal team to allow the specialisation of each member. In Endesa we consider that it is important to reach for excellence in our everyday works and achievements and the way to do so is to give our people the necessary opportunities and training.

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

I am especially aware of all cause’s children related having two small children of my own. Also, in Endesa every year we try to sponsor such causes by giving both our help and donations (like computers and training) to associations of children in need.
