Thanks in part to a spectacular track record in advising on African related transactions in both civil and common law jurisdictions, Titus Edjua – the director of Clifford Chance’s Africa group – has developed an outstanding practice concerning a range of different clients with regards to Africa matters. Edjua focuses on project development and finance and corporate and finance transactions, especially in the energy and natural resources sector. Qualified to practice in New York, Cameroon and England and Wales, Edjua first joined Clifford Chance in 2006 and has worked on numerous landmark deals for the firm. Perhaps the most notable recent of these was with Clifford Chance’s TMT practice, advising Fox Networks Group on a landmark media rights deal in African football.
