She advises financial institutions and companies on complex financing transactions, including structured finance deals, acquisition financings, syndicated and bilateral loans, bridge loans, margin loans, investment grade loans, private equity and hedge fund financings, private banking transactions, debt restructurings, sovereign loans, trade financings, supplier financings, receivables purchases and non-performing loan (NPL) transactions. Silver’s experience includes representing Banco Santander (México) S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero Santander México, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (as arrangers), in connection with a credit facility consisting of a Revolving Loans and Term Loans, aggregating $350m and MXN5.75bn.
Silver has broad international experience, and has worked extensively in Europe, Asia and Latin America, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru, as well as other Latin American jurisdictions.
